Natalia Ramírez

Colombian GRAMMY-Nominated audio engineer, arts manager, and musician Natalia Ramirez graduated with her Master's in Live Entertainment Management at the Frost School of Music. She was chosen for the “Frost School of Music Outstanding Graduate Student Award” in 2017.

Steven Mailloux-Adler

Steven Mailloux-Adler is a percussionist, educator, and founder of SMA Music LLC. After several successful years as a middle school band director, he returned to his Alma-Mater to pursue the Live Entertainment Management program and transition into the live events industry. As a Teaching Assistant with the FROST Athletic Bands, he is gaining hands-on experience in performance operations, touring, recruitment, development, and marketing to prepare for a career in Miami’s performing arts sector.

Tatiana Bustamante

Tatiana Bustamante, a 2022 graduate of the Live Entertainment Management degree program, is a Latine artist originally from Miami, Florida. She began her journey as an intimacy professional in 2024, acting as the Assistant Intimacy Director of The Hot Wing King at Writers Theatre. Since then, they have continued their training through Theatrical Intimacy Education’s symposium and workshops. She has also worked throughout the city as an educator, administrator, and actor, and she was last seen onstage at The Goodman in A Christmas Carol.
